Slab Poured Week Oct. 10, 2016

The first half of the Birdville Elementary slab was poured the week of Oct. 10, with the second half scheduled to be poured the week of Oct. 17. The “patchwork” look you see in the aerial photos is curing blankets which are placed over the new concrete to help it cure properly.
